What Is the Connections Puzzle?

Connections is a word group puzzle where you're given 16 shuffled words and must find the 4 hidden groups of 4 words that share a common theme. Each group is color-coded by difficulty: yellow is the most straightforward, green is slightly trickier, blue requires lateral thinking, and purple is intentionally deceptive. You have only 4 wrong guesses before the game ends.

How It Works

• Tap or click 4 words you think belong to the same group.
• Press Submit to check your guess.
• Correct groups slide to the top with their category name revealed.
• Wrong guesses cost a life. If you had 3 of 4 correct, you'll see a helpful "One away..." hint.
• Find all 4 groups to win, or run out of guesses to see the answer.
